The FIL-MOR Warehouse is located 40 miles North of Rochester, Minnesota and 40 miles South of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. The Warehouse features easy access from Highway 52 without road restrictions. The Warehouse is managed by three full-time employees. FIL-MOR Express is right next door should you have any trucking or local cartage needs.

The original building was constructed in 1998 with poured, prefab walls and sealed concrete flooring. This gives us a very tight building for temperature and humidity control. We completed an addition to the building in 1999 that improved our original design by adding more sprinkler heads per square feet to qualify for an ESFR rating.

Fourteen 10' X 10' dock doors with dock locks to prevent damage to freight should the driver inadvertently pull out before unloading is complete.
Hydraulic dock levelers at each door that ensure a smooth transition of freight from the trailer to the warehouse.
